Your questions
A little more clarity.
The details matter. These answers introduce the approach; the right retreat begins with a personal conversation.
Families who want purposeful young-driver development and a holiday that gives parents an equally compelling reason to travel. Suitability is discussed individually.
Not necessarily. Starting experience is one part of the conversation, alongside confidence, physical fitness and the requirements of the destination and kart category.
A first experience can be approached with clear instruction and a suitable pace. We assess whether the programme and venue are right for the individual before recommending a retreat.
Coaching starts with assessment. Grouping and tasks take experience, readiness and physical suitability into account, and can adapt as the driver develops.
Yes, selected moments can bring parents into the sporting week. The arrangements depend on the venue and programme, with Saturday’s celebration a natural shared highlight.
Parents are not required to attend daily sessions. The programme needs agreed supervision and handover arrangements; time outside those arrangements remains family time.
The core rhythm brings together the resort stay, Driver Presentation, development days and Saturday competition and celebration. Your written offer sets out the specific inclusions, accommodation, experiences and arrangements.
Eight days and seven nights, from Sunday arrival to Sunday departure. Development runs Monday to Friday, followed by the Saturday finale.
Sunday’s welcome brings drivers, parents and the Aurelian team together before the week begins. Families meet one another, the programme is introduced, and each young driver receives their Aurelian race suit and Driver Holdall with time taken over fit and preparation.
Tell us who would travel with you. Sibling accommodation and suitable activities form part of the individual family conversation; a separate supervised sibling programme is not a universal inclusion.
Their wellbeing comes first. We pause, listen and discuss the right response with the family. Participation should never be forced to satisfy the timetable.
The hotel, karting setting and destination each need a clear purpose. The catalogue brings together twelve distinctive hotel and circuit pairings. The programme must also fit the driver and the practical arrangements.
Flights and transfers are not universal inclusions. Your individual offer will state exactly what is arranged and included, including private transfers where applicable.
Destination, timing, accommodation, family composition and the agreed programme. A personal proposal follows the suitability conversation; the website is not an instant booking engine.
The first step is a few useful details about the family and the kind of week you want. A personal conversation then establishes suitability and preferences before a proposal or commitment.
In the live service, the next step is personal contact to understand your family and discuss fit. This private review form only checks details locally; it sends no enquiry.
Welfare comes first. Our standards require suitable equipment, clear supervision and handovers, venue-specific procedures and professional review. Read the Safety & Governance page for the principles.
Retreat timing is discussed with the destination and programme. The site does not advertise a confirmed departure calendar.
Choose by what draws you to a holiday: wine-country life, the coast, racing culture, karting heritage or the complete family balance. Destinations overlap because they can offer more than one reason to visit.
No. Eligibility depends on the driver, kart and venue rules. Austin’s standard COTA sessions currently require a licensed driver aged 16 or over, while younger-driver activities use a different format. Suitability needs to be established for the specific programme.
