The Aurelian Experience

Eight days. A rhythm of your own.

Sunday arrival to Sunday departure, with five development days and a Saturday worth celebrating.

Two rhythms, one family

Purposeful mornings. Open possibilities.

Young drivers begin with preparation and a clear focus for the day. Parents can leave the sporting schedule with the programme team and turn towards their own plans.

Coaching sessions combine instruction, practice, breaks and feedback. The pace and content follow the drivers and the conditions. A named host keeps the family informed and helps coordinate the wider stay.

The Driver Presentation

A welcome with meaning.

Sunday’s Driver Presentation is the first shared moment of the retreat. Drivers and parents meet the Aurelian team, get to know the other families and understand how the week will work before the driver programme begins.

Each young driver is presented with their Aurelian race suit and Driver Holdall, with time taken over fit, equipment and the purpose of each item. It is deliberately more than a handover: it marks the moment the driver becomes part of the week.

After the retreat

Progress you can take home.

A personal development report captures the progress made during the week, the priorities to keep working on and the next steps that make sense for that driver. Their Aurelian Passport records the retreat and becomes a growing record of the places, milestones and experiences still to come.

01

What changed

The driver’s strengths, the work completed and the progress observed.

02

What to practise

A focused set of priorities, expressed in language the driver can use.

03

What comes next

Stay connected to Aurelian, keep building on the week and, when the time is right, plan the next retreat.
